Study:A family-friendly restaurant renowned for its sticky date pudding, the mandate for the Giorgios project focused on lighting features that would enhance its image and attract both new and existing customers looking for somewhere to eat.
The team collaborated with Finschi to create an inviting, cosy, and pleasant atmosphere for diners to enjoy. This was primarily achieved through the use of linear lights, including those strategically placed along the shelves behind the main counter to showcase the wide range of quality wines on offer.
In addition to the spotlights fitted at pre-determined points across the ceiling, the downlights created a dramatic shadow effect on alternating sections of the stone wall, focusing subdued lighting on the rows of tables and chairs.
Targeting specific pools of illumination, the various lighting features have highlighted the rich use of materials and textures, ultimately creating a pleasant restaurant space for the whole family.
